These concepts will be the nucleus of the of the objectives of the Cervantes Management Group: to guide everyone entering into a Dutch-Spanish or English-Spanish relationship, that contact and communication will be optimal.

In general the company uses a mudular structure in the complete educational line. It will be possible to assign for every part of the educational traject separately. the coordination is in the hands of Cervantes Centres of Study.

The product can be sold as a package deal.

The product can exist of three parts

Fase 1: Spanish in the Netherlands
An intensive course in Spanish based on the system used in private language schools in Spain. Within a flexible system students can be placed on an individual basis or in groups at different levels. To start with Principiantes, medium level Intermedio and end level Avanzado. Within these three levels flexible differentiation will be possible, originating this way different sub levels. As a guidance for the final terms the requierements for the examination Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera (DELE) of the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science will be used. Cervantes students can take the exam on a voluntarily basis. The Spanish Instituto Cervantes will be responsible for the organization of the examinations. Further development of educational packages take place in collaboration with the Cervantes Network Schools as mentionned in the plan de empresa of 1995.

Fase 2: Residence in Spain
Residence of a Cervantes Netwerk School. The student can choose between all kinds of possibilities:

- different places:

Salamanca, Madrid, Sevilla, Cádiz, Benalmádena, Málaga, Nerja, Almuñecar, Granada, Alicante.

- different courses directed to the individual needs of the students concerning contents and level

The travel organization will be executed by Study Travel in Nijmegen and Kleve, that - after having reached an agreement - will operate under the name Cervantes Travels. Also a participation of Plus Reizen in this business unit will be considered.

Fase 3: Evaluation
This is a returning round in the Instituto Cervantes Benelux Here will be made an inventory of experiences and evaluation, and everything in Spanish.

Guidance stage
Besides this stage a stage of advice and consultancy may be given as an extra service.

This activitiy can be started within a short period of time. The system will be refined continuously during further development on the basis of the feedback signals coming from the market.

In broad outlines the client determines, however, - in dialogue with the trainer/consultant - the change stage.
