Herewith you receive my reaction on your writing. I would like to emphasize that I could not react within a term of two weeks after 24 AUGUST 2007. On that day you sent the claim form to the office of FREEMONT in FOLKESTONE. They sent it to their office on CYPRUS. From CYPRUS it was sent on the 6TH OF SEPTEMBER 2007 to TORREMOLINOS, where it arrived last Thursday. I follow the text of your Claim Form and give my reaction in purple.

Particulars of Claim
1. The Claimant seeks from the Defendant the sum of 191.06 representing the balance due and unpaid in respect of goods/services supplied to the Defendant, full details of wich were set out in the Claimant's invoice number 9008872 supplied to the Defendant.

It is unknown to me whether and how goods and services have been purchased in the name of INSTITUTO CERVANTES LIMITED and I have never received invoice number 9008872. In our telephonic conversation of last FRIDAY 14 SEPTEMBER you told me that it concerns the purchase of a SAMSUNG DIGITAL CAMERA at PC WORLD on 7 DECEMBER 2006. I explained you that the company is DORMANT and after the death of my PROPOSED BRITISH PARTNER on the 31ST OF AUGUST 1997 has not executed any activities. So it is strange that someone must have bought something on behalf of OUR COMPANY. Following your advice I contacted ST. ALBANS COUNTY COURT to acknowledge receipt of your Claim Form. I spoke with MRS. MARSH. After that I spoke with you again.

The Claimant seeks: i. The sum of 191.06 which includes an admin fee of 40.00 ii. Interest on the sum of 191.06 from 7th DECEMBER 2006 untill the date of issue of the claim herein at the rate of 13.25% per annum (accuring at the daily rate of 0.07 per day), namely 14.26 pursuent to the Late Payment of Commercial Debt Regulations 2002. iii Interest on the sum of 191.06 from the date of issue of the Claim herein until Judgment or sooner payment pursuant to the above mentionned act. iv. Cost.
